I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS MERCHANT BUT THEY MIGHT USE ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY. THIS MERCHANDISE WAS SHIPPED ON 10/25 BUT BECAUSE OF FEDEX'S ERROR, I RECEIVED THIS AFTER HALLOWEEN AND WAS EXTREMLY UPSET. I HAVE LET FEDEX KNOW THIS.

My package was lost by Fed Ex and did not make it in time for the program that we ordered it for. I e-mailed BuyCostumes.com about tracking it after I had no luck finding it, but I didn't get any response right away from my e-mail to them. I finally had to call BuyCostumes to see if I should refuse the package if or when it ever showed up. I wasn't very impressed with the whole situation.

Since I ordered the costume piece only four days before I needed it, I placed my order and hoped for the best. To my surprise, it arrived a day before I expected it, and it was just what I wanted.

i purchased 2 outfits, wanted to return both but ended up returning only 1. the sizes was way toooooo small. i ended up giving one costume to my 8 yr old niece. was mad because had to run around at the last minute looking for another costume. but the process of buying was easy. still waiting for refund. its been 2weeks.

Recieved proper costume, but accessories were completely wrong. There is no way the packer of my item could mistake a vampire make up kit for Willy Wonka glasses. Also they should stock up on Tom Arma costumes. I couldnt find the Arma costume I wanted here, but I did find it on ebay for 3 times the price.

I was extremely pleased with the whole process, from the price of the actual items, to the timeliness of the delivery. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost of the shipping as I needed my items in a hurry and the cost of shipping was very reasonable. Buying the costume was a good experience. I don't understand why costume companies feel that a man with a 42 inch chest or smaller is standard size though. I should not have to go to plus size costumes to get an extra-large and then have a limited selection because of poor sizing criteria. Also, I paid extra for quick shipping and the package did not come on time as promised. I understand that this was the fault of FED-EX, but I think that I and you should have been compensated for this inconvenience.

Teh only problem I had was that the tracking e-mail took me to teh FedEx website, but did not give me the tracking number. I eventually found the number on a seperate e-mail. Most sites have the page with your particular package as the link on the e-mail.

Service and shipping was wonderful. The actual product itself was not as wonderful. The picture displayed online and on the actual product looked like everything would fit perfectly. In reality, the shirt that came with the costume could fit a 7 year old. It was very misleading to see the costume on an adult on the packaging and not have it actually fit a normal adult. Thus I will not buy another costume from this site.
