Ordered costume on the 18th of October. Recieved the costume the 8th of November with 2-3 buisness day expressed mail. The company took more than 48 hours to send the product in the mail. The operater at the company could not assist in the tracking of the product. The costume was recieved in good condition.

Pricing is a little high on the site. Shipment sent in two boxes. One box got delivered a couple days after the other but, they were still on time.

Searching and finding what I wanted was easy and I found what I wanted but when I received the package the costume which I purchased had 3 holes in it. I didn't do anything about it because I got it the day before halloween. I don't think I'll be shopping at buycostmes.com again.

Well it was very easy and helpful in my case. My daughter is only a year and a half and i wanted something cute but comfortable and i just thought the bumlbe bee costume for the infant was perfect. First when I tried to track my order I couldn't sign on to my account, it kept saying i was putting in the wrong email address. Then when I recieved the order it didn't fit and I wanted to return. I emailed you and never heard back from you. My invoice said I needed to return in 14 days of recieving, and I never heard back from you and of course the 14 days are up. So to answer the above question, I am not sure if I would order again from this company.

the first shipment i recieved, the sword was shipped in a box that was way too small. the sword arrived bent, and when i tried to straighten it out, it snapped in half. i called and got a replacement that was shipped in an appropriate sized carton.

I never recived my halloween customes and they were not at all helpful I was told that I needed to follow up with the delivering company not them I would recommend to my friends not to use them ever again and will proably not see a refund and had to go by new customes the day before for my kids. Said they would contact me still have not had a email or call.

found suitable costumes 2 weeks before halloween, so that was good. qualified for 99 cent shipping and arrived in midrange of when expected. however, my costume was missing parts. my husband's costume was the same, so I was not mistaken about total costume parts. I ordered the Evil Jester for both of us. I had no mask and no sash. It hindered our plans. In years to come, there will still be no mask and sash if I ever decide to wear it again. So on the immediate and potential levels, I got the "kick me" sign plastered over my order.

Quick shipping. No border hassle coming from the US to Canada. One button missing on the infant costume we bought. Not the merchant's fault. The button wasn't put together correctly and disappeared at some point from China to Newfoundland, Canada.

Good experience with ordering and receiving the costume. However, a little disappointed with the sizing of the costume. This costume definitely ran small. It was advertised and labelled as a size toddler 2-4; however, it barely fit my 2 year old who is only in the 25th percentile for heighth and 50% percentile for weight. I can't imagine it would fit a 3 or 4 year old.

I was quite impressed by how quickly the product was delivered. I did not pay for expedited service but the product was shipped to Canada in a very short period of time. I was kept well informed of the progress of my package. I do a fair bit of online shopping and I have to say this was one of the better experiences. I'm impressed.

The costume I wanted was never available. It was on backorder from the moment I saw it, even though I tried purchasing it at the beginning of the season. When it did become available, it was literally only available for a few hours and I didn't get an opportunity to purchase it. Then, while I was constantly told that it was on backorder but would be available again before Halloween, at the last minute the story changed and it would no longer be available. I settled on a different costume, it arrived in fine condition, but there was no way that costume I received was plus size and no way was it going to fit a size 22/24 person, even though that it is how it was advertised. I purchased a costume last year from the same company and I loved it and had no problems so I will try them again in the future, but I don't understand why they don't keep the more popular costumes in stock!
