I have ordered from them other times and had no problems . This time they said my item was out of stock yet when I went on the website it wasn't, I had to reorder. Then she did not use my coupon and I had to pay extra. Otherwise the products are of great quality and I would use them again.

The costume is badly designed but that is not the fault of the merchant. The feathers in the hat was completely crushed and we could not fix it.

the gloves were out of stock and it wasn't reflected on the website. After i placed my order I have received notification about a refund, but e-mail didn't indicate what for. After receiving my order (on time, Thank you.) i have realized the gloves weren't in the box... make you communication with customer clearer please and reflect stock/out of stock on your website, please.

As expected with any online site...sometimes order picking may result in mistake thus a call into support is required. Certain support staff may be more knowledgeable/diligent. Things go alittle chaotic during "rush" periods as expected. But all in all I would say I'm satisfied with the end resulting experience since everything worked out in the end...

they had everything necessary for the costume including accessories. The costume ran a little small so i had to exchange it for a bigger size. This was not a problem with the exception of the shipping costs. I paid 8.99 for shipping with the original order, then had to pay to ship the wrong size back (9.00)and then had to pay the 8.99 shipping for the new size. Not too happy with that but other than that the costume itself is fantastic!
