I was charged 6 times on my order. I almost over drew becacuse of it and my money was pending for 4 days. I was not happy at all about that. I called and they said they can not do anything because it was pending.

i was told it would be new in the package and it was not , considering i did order a hat, it was not in its original package or any package for that matter, i find to be a little gross, and did not put it on my daughter for halloween, i would not purchase from this company again

I spent $120 with your company this year. When my 2nd daughter's costume shipment was short one item (Harry Potter hat), I called and spoke with a Terry, who was unprofessional and rude on the phone. She said she would send out the missing item, but when over a week went by with no delivery, I called again and discovered that Terry documented my call, but never sent out the hat--it was now 5 days before Halloween and my 7-year old was in tears. The second person I dealt with was very apologetic and competent, and she sent the missing hat via expedited UPS and it arrived 3 days later, in time for Halloween.

The outhouse was a major dissapointment. The roof (hat) was not acceptable, I didn't wear it. It didn't look like the roof at all, as I put it on I could see that one side of the roof was 3" shorter than the other side. There was supposed to be some loops sewn in on the inside, they were not there at all. I has to take a needles and thread and make the loops myself and cut the tubes shorter to cover up the 3" length difference. Major disappointment!

Great selection. Items came in just days so I didn't have to worry about getting them on time. And the quality is fine for a "costume" and fit nicely. The fit was good mainly because I read the posted reviews and realized I should order a larger size than I planned to order. Worked out great.

I have been buying costumes from buycostumes.com for several years and have never been disappointed. They are good quality, they always fit true to size and they arrive quickly. Very pleased with the company!!! I have recommended them to family and friends many times.

I do like Buycostumes. I did not like receiving a costume that was torn and in poor shape that costs $56 dollars. Also having to pay to return it seems silly. You should offer an easier way to handle returns. Also..my husband's costume we found the day before Halloween was torn and not sewn correctly in two spots as well. His was also a $50 costume. I realize Buycostumes.com did not do this..but it's still a bit of a problem in light that these were ordered from you.

I strongly disagree with your refund policy. I cancelled an online order one day after I made the purchase and I only got refunded the amount with taxes. I didn't get refunded for the foreign exchange. I know rates fluxuate but you should know what I was charge the day of purchase and the full amount should have been refunded.

This is the second year we have purchased halloween costumes or pieces from you. We are happy with the costumes, unfortunately Canada has high shipping costs which may play a factor in our discision to purchase again.

This item came very quickly. The jacket was fit for a male adult but the hat was unusable - wouldn't hold its shape. All in all I liked the product as the jacket was what I really wanted anyway.
