Be really careful shopping here. These guys will sell you goods and now use the economic standings in the country to hide behind no responsibility for what they have sold. In fact anything bought prior to August 2008 is being said to not have anything to do with this store and it is under new ownership. I have talked to them several times about complaints (and I am not one to complain) they will be nice to you but do nothing about it and say they do not even have access to the records anymore. I would think this is just a game at this point and where someone is making money on us consumers when the heat is up again they will continue to "shift records" and not help people. There are still alot of great companies out there so I am not loosing faith in all but I am telling you beware of this one. My original thought on this company was great to deal with etc. from purchase time but when things go bad in the future you are on you own. Find the good ones out there to deal with. This is repeated problems with this store now and a distirbing trend for the consumer. and just do the research before you buy. I guarantee all these good reviews are from people that did not have to call them back on a promise of service just as I said up front and initially it all seemed good.
