THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Never again!!! Lied about shipping charges. I agreed to pay the oversize charge for my items ($19.00), but then they charged me over $75.00 for shipping claiming it was the "actual" ups shipping + they added the $19.00 so I was paying MORE than the supposed shipping. I made them refund the ridiculous $19.00, but I should have gone after them for the bait and switch. Some day someone will file a lawsuit against them, and hopefully it will be a class action! HORRIBLE customer service! They don't respond to emails, and trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible. I truly believe they know exactly what they are doing, and they know their website is deceptive. This is straight from their policies.... "Boscov's Online utilizes a single shipping charge no matter how many items on your order*. This method provides significant savings for you over other major retailers who charge by item and/or by weight. To take advantage of these savings, your entire order must be shipped to one address"
No savings for me, I actually paid more than going to my local Target. The little asteric has all kind of fine print that enables them to adjust and charge extra shipping however THEY see fit.  You won't see any of these policies during shopping or checkout.
Just look at the reviews, they really speak for themselves. I read an article a few weeks after the nightmare that stated they filed bankruptcy and had problems shipping peoples orders because they couldn't afford it. Hopefully they will go out of business and their rotton business practices will go with them. Save yourself the headache and order from Amazon, Walmart or Dillards department store, all of which have superior customer service and no bait and switch shipping tactics.
