Buyer, rather ORDERER BEWARE! The items you are paying for are NOT likely actually available. Their order fulfillment process is very archaic, and really put me in a bind this Christmas, because they take 7-10 days after they get your money to see IF they even have the item available in any of their fulfillment centers to ship to you. You would think that with technology these days, they would know sooner.This is a quote from their customer service representative to me!
"Please be advised that we ship from several different distribution locations. Since our inventory changes everyday based on new incoming shipments and items being sold, we are not always able to determine if an item is available when an order is placed."
They have taken a great deal of time to respond to my complaint via 2 emails, going into great detail about how their fulfillment process works. I would think that if customer service was important to them, they would have been using that time to continue looking for the item that I ordered for my 3 yr old daughter for Christmas, in their many fulfillment centers they claim to have. By the way, during this process, which began on Dec 4, I have seen the item that they cannot manage to find for me change prices twice.
I will never order from them again, I have done a ton of online shopping, and have never had an experience like this before.
Do NOT recoomend, will never step cursor on their website again!
