Don't order anything that you really care about getting!

I placed an order for 2 items and received confirmation the following day. 2 days later I received notice that only ONE of my items had shipped because they could not locate the other item in their inventory. I immediately went to the website and low and behold the item was showing that it was IN STOCK and the price had increased. I was on the phone to them as soon as I saw this. I asked them why it was that the item was in stock but they couldn't manage to ship mine to me. They informed me that if they can't find it in the first 4 stores that they check then they cancel the order. I told them that that is just LAZY and terrible customer service. The lady told me thatI was more than welcome to place the order again. I told her that I refused to pay the increased price and a second shipping fee because they were too lazy to locate the item the first time and she finally agreed to place the order at the sale price and minus shipping. Today (2 days later) I received, you guessed it, another email from them stating that they cannot locate the item (even though the website is still showing that it is in stock) and that if they can't find it in the next 48 hours the order will be canceled. Needless to say, this is the LAST time I will order anything from Boscov's!
