Botched delivery twice and terrible customer service!

My father ordered a sand and water table for my daughter's birthday. Boscov's charged my father extra for shipping, claiming that the product was "oversized" and that UPS required extra shipping, but the shipped product weighed only 25 lbs which is within UPS' normal shipping weights. Boscov's then delivered the product to the wrong address, but never bothered to call and let my father know that there was a problem. When the gift had not arrived about a week after it was due, my father called Boscov's and was told that the package was sent to the wrong address, but that they would send another one via NEXT DAY AIR. This was critical because now my daughter's birthday was getting close. Approximately 4-5 days later, Boscov's told my father that the product had shipped. When we looked up the UPS tracking number, we learned that Boscov's had shipped it Ground instead. It took another 5 days for the package to arrive, which was now AFTER my daughter's birthday, and when we opened it we discovered that Boscov's had sent the wrong product! Instead of the sand and water table that my father had paid for, which was CLEARLY listed on the invoice Boscov's had emailed, they shipped a much cheaper, simpler table. It took a full week for someone at Boscov's to then tell my father that they would take care of the problem, and they supposedly shipped the new (3rd) package yesterday. I just looked up the UPS tracking number, and they shipped it ground, again, and it will not arrive until next week. This is now two weeks after my daughter's birthday. All that Boscov's has offered to do, after they completely botched this sale, is give my father a $15 gift certificate. As if anyone from my family would EVER shop there again!
