I have been buying books online for about 4 years and after doing comparison shopping at Booksamillion, Amazon/Borders, Barnes & Nobles, and other discount stores like Wal-Mart, I found that Booksamillion was the lowest price most of the time (with the club discount).

Their Millionaire's club costs $10 (annually) and you get an additional 10% off every purchase. If you buy more than $100 worth of books a year, this is a great value. This club also allows you to save at the actual stores as well.

Delivery Speed - I placed my last order on September 6th at 6:30PM EST and my books shipped out at 1pm the next day. Shipping is also free for orders over $25. This is much better than the Amazon Super Saver shipping which seems to take weeks to arrive sometimes.

My total costs were $39.58 for 3 books that retail for a total of $89.85, and the next closest price with shipping was Wal-Mart.com for $47.65. Even without the 10% discount, Booksamillion was the lowest price after shipping.

I have now placed about 10 orders from Booksamillion and
I have not had any issues with any of my orders, so I have not had an opportunity to deal with customer service.

Overall I have been very satisfied with all my purchases from Booksamillion and I have also very happy to have the extra money that I have saved from purchases there.
