My Kegerator, from BeverageFactory.com arrived two days earlier than expected, great news for the July 4th. It was double packed and arrived in excellent condition. Just add a keg and CO2. The whole experience was enjoyable and still enjoying it.

i would shop there again because they seem reliable, though their shipping definitely leaves something to be desired. they botched it once, and then when they corrected it, they paid for three day shipping...however, that isn't enough to get it to me in atlanta inside of five busines days. i hate fedex and their location in san diego. their service however was spot on. that is of course if everything i ordered is in the box when i finally get it.

It would have been nice if it included all the tools/parts needed for installment. In this wine rack, I had to, additionally, go get the screws (which was not included in the package) to the store to install it to the wall.

For some reason, Beverage Factory.com requested Fed-Ex to obtain a signature for delivery (the item only cost $30). Unfortunately I sent the item to my house and so Fed-Ex left a "Could not deliver" notice the first day. I called Fed-Ex to arrange alternate drop off at my work (since I could not be home to sign for the package)and they said only the shipper could change the location. So I called Beverage Factory.com and was told they would remove the need for signature, except that night I had another "Could not deliver" notice. I called Fed-Ex and was told the need for signature could not be removed, that Beverage Factory.com should have never said they could do that. Now Fed-Ex will only attempt delivery 3x before sending it back to the shipper. This was now the third day and I had to leave work early to meet Fed-Ex at my house (which was very inconvenient as I have a 50 minute commute). Also, since I am on the east coast I didn't have time to wait and call Beverage Factory.com (as they are west coast) before Fed-Ex would be delivering. In the future if they had just stated that ALL SHIPMENTS required a signature at delivery I would have shipped my item to my work. I think their customer service should have better knowledge of Fed-Ex regulations and not require signatures on such inexpensive packages.

My shipment did not go out on the day that they said it would go out. In fact, it went out several days after the day they said it would and it was only one item. It was also further delayed because my shipping address did not match my billing address even though I had ordered from them before and my bill went through.

My order shipped from two locations, the manufacturer and Beverage Factory. I never received any tracking information from the manufacturer, as a result, I found a package on my door step one day after work when I wasn't expecting it. I did receive tracking information from Beverage Factory for the part that they shipped and that shippment arrived as scheduled. In otherwords, it'd been nice to have received tracking info for all shipments.

Found the product and Beverage Factory via web search. The only suggestion I have to improve my experience would be to have an on-line order status tracking system; I would have liked to know when the product shipped and when to expect delivery. I certainly would order from them again.
