I ordered online for store pickup -- was told they would process the order in one hour. I ordered late at night and expected the order to be processed within one hour of the store opening in the AM. I needed the item urgently and after waiting TWO hours I called the customer service # sent to me with my order. THEY could not help me and referred me to the store (why did they give me the number if they couldn't help me?). I called the store and was told they had "a lot of orders" -- this was unsatisfactory to me. Fortunately they checked my order status and called me back to say it was ready and I had the item in time for my need that day. However, if I had just gone in to the store in the morning I would have had what I wanted quickly and without multiple phone calls. I will buy things from Best Buy again, but NOT online for store pickup unless I don't need it anytime soon!

The in-store pickup option was fabulous. All I needed was my drivers license and the credit card with which I purchased the item online. I was able to pick the item up right at the customer service desk. Very efficient!

The young man that assisted us went above and beyond any service I have ever received. His knowledge was incredible. His patience with my questions far beyond his years. When the features I wanted proved to be too expensive he used your website to find me last year's model with the same features for half the price. Instead of no sale he created a loyal customer. I did not get the entire order and was later charged for the item that was not available. I was told that I would not be charged for the item when I went to the store to pick up my order, because it was ot available, and that I could check back with the store at a later date. Because of this my account was overdrawn. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with Best Buy Pick Up but it will be the last time I use this service. From now on I will either go in the store or shop at another store.

I was able to find the product fairly quickly thru the online screen. I was also able to look at other products. The product was received in the window estimated to me by Best Buy.
I would of course prefer that the item was in your store instead of on-line, but the on-line system did meet my expectations.

Shopping online with Best Buy has always been excellent. For me, it is an excellent way to purchase big-ticket electronics. I like the in-store pickup very much, even when I need to purchase extra items directly from the store (that is, they're not available online).
