Light fixture was good price and arrived quickly. However, I was not notified that it had been shipped and recieved no reply when I emailed asking about the status.

The only area of improvement I can sugguest is for Bellacor to have a tracking system for the ordered merchandise. I got the confirmation email after the order was placed, but nothing stating when the order was shipped, which shipping service was used, etc, etc. I have ordered many things over the web and never have not received tracking info before. The lights were so beautiful though that I had to order an additonal one!

The floor lamp was damaged... cracked glass, dented base. Not Bellacor's fault, but I'm still waiting for UPS to pick up the lamp. Customer service is friendly and professional.

I was please with the quality and selection of syles available in the item I was looking for. The web-site was user friendly. The only thing I would have liked would have been an e-mail confirmation that my product had shipped, with the tracking number. I did not receive one, however, my product shipped quickly and I had it within a week of ordering it.

My lamps are the highest of quality, much better than my expectations. The free shipping and handling was a nice feature. I was told 4 to 6 weeks and I received them within 10 days of my ordering. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly.

The 1st lamp was very poorly boxed and arrived broken, however your customer service staff person was extemely helpful and took care of the return and reorder quickly. I received a replacement lamp in great condition in less than a week! Thank you!

Initially I had a computer porblem confirming my order. I telephoned to confirm, was not able to get a response, and had to wait a long time on the telephone. I eventually had to leave a message. I did receive a phone call back which was positive. I also received my order. But, I receved an e-mail message stating that my order was not received. That was somewhat confusing.

I liked the wide variety of products available, but the search feature did not work properly. After looking through one page of results and clicking onto the next page, it reverted to showing all products of that type and not filtering out as initially selected. Only a minor flaw.

I received my purchase and had accidently ordered the wrong one, sometimes ordering off of the internet is harder than actually going to the store. I called bellacor and asked if I could exchange the product for the proper one and they said I would have to return and buy the new one, which would be fine except I received a 10% discount off of the first one and they will not honor that discount now for this one. I e-mailed the service department, but that was 3 days ago and I have not heard back. So to answer your question if I would ever make a similar purchase in the furture I am unsure at this point.

The bad: only received one tracking number of a total of four boxes shipped. The good: I had ordered an incompatible part with a track light order. The warehouse substituted the appropriate piece for me. Bravo! UPS mis-delivered one of the four boxes for which I did not receive a tracking number. Called cust. service and they were VERY helpful tracking down the missing box. It was delivered the same day of my call.
