Unresponsive 'customer service', tacky, low-class method of handling service

Well... I never received the first email from them in response to my order. My email works fine, I get other companies' email just not theirs, not a single one. They didn't respond to my voicemail. When I contacted them via 'live' chat, my final resort before better business bureau, they did NOT apologize for not sending any email i.e. not responding to my order, not sending shipping confirmation, not responding to my emails through their web site, OR for not answering or returning a phone call/voice mail made/done during business hours. This is ***basic**** customer service, basic common sense when someone trusts you and makes a purchase that your company receives that you EARN that money by being respectful and RESPONSIVE. THey should be called 'CatchMeIfYouCan.com'. Once I caught them on 'live chat' and had to recopy my message into the chat session because they couldn't scroll up and read, I never got an apology or explanation. Actually it's really stupid to treat customers like this since you're losing money. Not exactly a way to build a business. And yes I know how to search my email and read my inbox. I work in IT and have a Masters of Science in IT. I will be reporting them to BBB. I still have not received one word of apology. A good company knows that when people shop the EXPERIENCE is part of the package. The experience was unpleasant. Shopping is supposed to be pleasant. Again... common sense here...
