Vendor did not show if stock was available or not at the time the order was placed. It took several days before I received an email stating that the items were out of stock and would not be shipped for a couple weeks. I was able to cancel the order quickly and conveniently when I called customer service. I ordered from a different source that had the batteries in stock and receive them the following day.

After I ordered the battery, I was immediately contacted by customer service who said it was not in stock. They were very apologetic and gave me the option of cancelling the order or waiting until it was available. I said I would wait, and they immediately responded again saying they would get it to me by a certain date. In summary, although the product wasn't available on time, their customer service was excellent and I would shop there again.

It worked. Found the battery I needed, the shipped price wasn't the absolute lowest found but it was very good and they also didn't seem to be a fly-by-night operation. Received a follow-up email from American Power Supplies (BBB dba?) about a slight delay due to restocking - and it didn't even affect my order! Product arrived within 1 day of best possible delivery, it works, the price was right (1.5% difference for service and reliable product was acceptable) and I'd definitely shop there 1st again.

They contacted me with a delay they had and said that they would send it as soon as possible and even upgraded the shipping for free because of the delay. They kept me informed of when I would get and and when it was shipped out. They were very polite.

Only average rating because the shipping really isn't "free." It is for purchases over 50 dollars but that isn't disclosed on the shopping search engine sites (i.e. price grabber) where they simple state free shipping.

I did have a question on the free shipping. I emailed them and their site did state that it was only on orders $50 or more. My purchase didn't qualify, even though it said free shipping at the shopping.com site. It was still a good price, so that was okay.

They were out of stock n the battery that I wanted. I do not hold that against them. They are shipping via two day to get it to me quicker. I do not know if I am getting the battery that I need, but the company has been very professional and kept me updated on each process.

I wasn't thrilled that the battery came USPS when I thought their website said they use UPS, but maybe I misread it. Regardless, the shipping took a little longer that I liked. Bottom line, they have low cost products and they did get me my order, so I can honestly recommend them.

It would have been nice if they would have sent charging instructions along with the battery. I had not idea if it was sent charged or not or how to handle the battery for future chargings to ge the longest life expectancy.

Prices were very good, over 50% below the manufacturer. Web Site is a little difficult to navigate. Shipping was reasonable and product arrived on time and in great condition. Due to short shipping time, tracking was unnecessary.

The reason my battery arrived late was an unexpected ice storm that socked in the Eastern United States. It wasn't their fault, it wasn't my fault, and it really wasn't Fed Ex's fault. But still I received a call from the co-owner who refunded half of my overnight shipping cost. I will definitely purchase any other rechargable battery from BargainBasementBatteries.com. Their customer service is outstanding.
