I ordered a battery for my PDA from them on May 26. I had sent e-mails and called them. I had to leave a message on their answering machine as they were either on the phone or not in the office. Their website said they are there Monday through Friday until 5PM (PST) and I called during business hours. When I went to their website and logged in using my name and password, it showed that I had not placed an order but I had a receipt from PayPal. The e-mail I sent them included a copy of my PayPal receipt. I This company has great discounted prices for their batteries. This company goes under more than one name. It is also known as US Batteries and the toll free number that they give for that company name does not work. If you need to contact them by phone, you will need to use the other phone number given that is not toll free.

Someone from the company did e-mail me within one day and said that they were having problems when orders were placed and paid using PayPal. They could not see the orders that were placed. My suggestion is that if you purchase anything from them, do not use PayPal to pay for it. I was happy to hear from them and they are sending my order out!
