I chose Babydealz because it had what I was looking for at the lowest price. The shipping was slow, but I was not in a hurry to receive my item. The box was a little banged up, so the product did not arrive in perfect condition, but it was acceptable.

I have not received any information at all on my purchase. They have charged my credit card account but I have not received a shipping confirmation. When I emailed the merchant regarding the status of my purchase, I received an email back stating that they would be gone until October 8, 2007 and would be unable to respond. I am extremely frustrated as I need my stroller. I am having my baby Oct.11 and have no idea if I will have a stroller!

Babydealz had the best price I could find on the item I wished to purchase. The site navigation was pretty easy, but could be better. Shipping was free, which was nice. Checkout was typical and I was emailed with my tracking information once it became available. I received my order on time and in great condition. The item is exactly as it was described on the website. My only issue would be the seemingly cumbersome return policy which I'm glad I didn't have to utilize.

Although the price of the stroller seemed great, it was not at all the cheapest or best deal. Unlike ANY other place you can purchase this stroller (on-line or in the store) Babydealz sold an extremely important part of this stroller separetly as "an accessory". Therefore making the stroller unusuable (for me) until I spent another $20 to purchase this part. Normally the snack tray is standard and comes with the stroller at EVERY other place this stroller is sold (it is even listed as a standard piece on the Peg Perego website). What a scam. I am very disappointed that this was done. When I finally got thru to someone at Babydealz they acted uninterested and didn't care that this piece was standard on this stroller. They also offered no explanation as to why this was done.

Important part missing from box, and proof of purchase removed (so manufacturer's warranty). Contacted several times by phone and email over a period of almost 8 weeks (from June 25th to today, Aug. 17th). Have been repeatedly delayed and I now have no hope of this being resolved to my satisfaction. To return product would cost me more money. Save yourself the stress and make your purchase elsewhere.

There isn't a costumer service in Babydealz. So you can pay the lowest price but pray... pray hard to have no problem with your product. Nobody will be there for you after all.

While it stated shipment in 2-3 days, it took a week for the product to get to us. The lady at customer service was not very friendly when I called to get more specification on the stroller (Maximum child weight allowed) that was not stated on the online produce info.

After much looking and not finding one available in Canada, I chose to purchase the Pliko Lite from Babydealz.

I was a little concerned after reading some negative reviews but my experience was excellent. They answered my email enquiry regarding shipping by the next business day and this was after I had already placed my order and paid for the stroller.

The order was placed on a Friday, it was shipped the Wednesday and I received it at my door by the following Tuesday..about a week and a half !

If I could have found the stroller in Canada it would have cost me $100 more.

It arrived in the original box with all parts present and was brand new with the hood and basket still sealed in the original packaging.

The stroller is great! It is exactly what was advertised. However I wish that I had known about the waranty of this stroller before I purchased it. You have to search around their website to find the policy. It is my understanding that Babydealz warranties the stroller if something happens to it. The manufacturer's warranty was cut out of the owner's manual. I hope that if something happens to the stroller Babydeals will make good on it!

The website displayed the stroller for $239.00. When I was in the checkout process, the website adjusted the price to the "current" price of $249.00. I continued with the order. I asked that they discount me the difference, and I have not heard a reply. I was mislead. I do not recommend buying from this site.

Our stroller is wonderful. We received our shipment pretty quickly, within a week. The box was undamaged and the parts were all in the box wrapped up well. The price was very reasonable. I searched stores and the web before finding this stroller. My daughter wanted a blue stroller, but we wanted one large enough for her to fit in. We had no problems ordering online or getting it shipped. It was an easy experience and one we are likely to do again if we come across something else we made need.
