I have been a Blair Customer for about 30 years. I have purchased gifts for other friends and family and have only ever returned one item and that was for size. The quality of their products is what keeps me coming back. I have even been to their outlet store in Erie, until it moved a couple years ago. They are a fabulous company.

The merchandise that I received was fine, however I made the mistake of ordering the wrong sizes of all the items which I purchased which made me have to use them for different purpose than that which I originally ordered them for. I will have to remember that the next time I order. I decided to not return them for smaller sizes since I can use them for another purpose. Thank you. PS: Blair gave me a $5.00 discount on my next purchase of $20.00 or more because they had to cancel one item that I ordered. I thought that was very generous. God bless!

Seems to take a long time to get my order shipped to me. I had placed my order. Then on the next day, emailed to ask if my order could be changed. They told me it was too late, that my order was already processed, that I could exchange it if I wanted. After that, it took a week and a half to get my order. Seems to me that I should have been able to change the order. I have placed another order, a week ago, and have not received any information other than the fact that my order was placed. I may order again, but if this does not improve, I will think twice before ordering in the future. Two weeks to get a mail order is unacceptable.

Very pleased with purchase, however, the length of time it took to process my order was unbelievable. I even called on the 'phone and paid extra money to expedite the shipping. This did not help as the order still was not received by the time it was supposed to be. They need to speed up their process time - lots!

Blair's clothing prices are much too high for the quality. Seams don't match up, threads will be knotted up, when a natural fiber such is cotton is used it is of such poor quality I wouldn't wear it. The man-made material looks cheap. I have relied on customer reviews on clothing but they must have never worn quality, well made clothing. I ordered two sets of Queen size sheets. On set arrived and I repackaged, with the exchange form enclosed that I ordered the Queen size. Blair mailed me back another twin size set of sheets and my exchange form with my writing requesting the Queen set was actually in the package. The rugs I received were a very poor quality but the return shipping would have been too expensive for me to bother to return them. I do not plan to shop at Blair.com again.

I have been ordering from Blair for several years and have never encountered any problems.

The items I ordered were shipped through the USPS and were due to be delivered on 12/01/08, but I have not received anything yet. It is difficult to track things sent through the USPS. I emailed Blair, but have not gotten a reply. If I ever order anything from them in the future, I will not use the USPS.
