Probably a little too easy. I shop on-line and enjoy getting the e-mail alerts from Blair.
One thing I found confusing, I ordered a red nylon jkt. received an e-mail and post card saying it was cancelled. When I was shopping another time I saw it still advertised so I ordered it again and received it today.
I've been very happy with my purchases.

The clothes that I bought were on sale, but I still expected to receive them in a timely way. Some of the items were backordered and won't be available until mid-January. The others took nearly a month to arrive. I was surprised because I've bought from Blair for years and never had this problem before.

I placed this order online and I'm not sure what happened or why but after my order I had several charges to my bank account. I called and spoke with customer service about cancelling the charge that showed up immediately (blair rewards) and this was credited but later SEVERAL more came through. I'm not sure if your company have lots of fine print offers that I unintentionally signed up for or if somehow someone got my information ( I thought this was a secure site) but whatever the case it happened and cost me over $200.00. I was placing the order for my husbands grandmother but I will not be shopping again at your online site.

My order was EMailed in the 18th of Nov. and not processed till Dec. 2 (approximate). Seemed too long to me. After being processed and mailed I received the merchandise in the expected time. Arrived 12/8. Other on-line companies take much less time to process & mail orders.

Your communication stinks and when they do answer it's all excuses OR you HAVE THE odasity to cancel or tell customers you ran out of "whatever" product. Put your your money where your mouth is. Dare you to put this on the list for customers to read as I know per fact I'm not the only one that feels this way.
For the folks that want to check on this you just ask for order 10030607343 and see is you get an answer, I ordered it (3 items) and I haven't received the merchandise OR answer.

The blazers were extremely nice and the customer service people were wonderful, very personable and helpful. The items were too large and I had to return for exchange. The cost of sending back three times more than ate up the savings I made purchasing over the internet. It isn't a "Blair" problem per se. Other than Zappos (who does not charge for returns), it is always expensive to return the items if there is a problem. I think my days of ordering clothing on line are in the past.
I do want to emphasize that Blair themselves were very pleasant to work with.

I order from the company on a regular basis. The main problem I have with them is the turnaround time on an order. Unless I pay for extra shipping it takes almost two weeks from the time of order to get the package. I have had two mistakes on orders in the past and both times it has taken two phone calls to get it straightened out.
