This is one of the worst places I've ever shopped. Customer service is either non-existent or totally uncaring. Web site sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. But don't call if you get stalled on-line; they will not treat you well via the phone, either. Shipping sucks, and don't bother checking on your order. Blair management obviously does not know how to treat customers except by enticing new ones when others give up.
It actually took one and a half months to receive my first order. One item was cancelled, no explanation. This was at Christmastime and they shut down their phones. No one could or would tell me a thing. I simply had to wait until my order showed up. One item arrived in two weeks; the rest a month after that. Not one lousy explanation or apology!
However... I came back. An order on-line got stuck several times and I thought I could phone it in. Sure; but you lose any promo codes that way. No help, no care, no respect shown for my plight. I tried again using a new account and it finally worked. I'll only be back if absolutely necessary. Fortunately I found the next thing of their type I wanted at Wal-Mart. Worth the tax.
Blair offers pretty good products at very good prices and many won't be found elsewhere, at least not easily. So I grit my teeth and order what I must.... what I can't find at Wal-Mart. This is the only reason I'm giving it two stars rather than one.
In short, like the merchandise, hate the store and shopping experience.
