I called Diabetes Wholesale with questions about the test strips which they weren't able to answer but they were able to give me the phone number to the manufacturer who were able to answer my questions. Diabetes Wholesale customer service agent was very patient and polite. I received email confirmation of my order being shipped but there was no way to track the order. Everything I received from them was in perfect condition, well packaged, and all together. I will continue to use this merchant, as their selection of supplies and costs can't be beat. I got a really good deal from them and am a very happy customer!!

The site states that tge exoiration date on their products is at least one year. The items I order expire 02/2008. When I received my order, I was unable to reach them by phone (the packing slip states that one must contact them within 5 days of receinving the order}. As I was leaving town, I e-mailed them. It has been at least one week since the e-mail - I have yet to receive any response. While the price for the product is excellent, not being able to rely on the expiration date is a major factor.

I have a diabetic dog. The cost of her syringes were climbing every month. With American Diabetes Wholesale, I have cut the cost of her syringes in half, even with shipping added in. Their service is fast...I can order on Friday, using the lowest shipping costs available, and will receive it the following Tuesday. The products are well packed and arrive in excellent condition.
