I find that ADW is a wonderful place to shop for not just diabets supplies but other items as well. The prices are very competitive and are actually better on some items. I hope that this company remains the same and does not raise prices any time soon. I ordered the wrong strips as I didn't know that there were two different kinds of freedom test strips freedom and freedom lite, I needed the freedom lite not the freedom. I thought that something was wrong with the strips untill I called. The person I talked with gave me a number for Abbott and they send me the correct strips with out cost to me and I sent them the test strips I made a mistake with. Everyone was great!!

The strips were spoiled when received. NO refunds or exchanges provided. We are just out the $110 !! The customer service rep was extremely rude. I told him we would tell others of our experience and he replied "Go ahead, I don't care" Do not shop with this company!
