Having used Amazon.com for years (ordinarily, Amazon itself on many items, from books and clothing articles to watches and photographic equipment, with experience also albeit limited with other etailers via the Amazon system, predominantly for auto parts but other items including sending gifts to friends and family members in other cities as well), I highly recommend Amazon.com. Shipping is reasonable, with items arriving on-time as posted, and the tracking system is most helpful. Twice I had occasion to contact customer service, and I have found on both occasions that said service was courteous and responsive, with my issue/question(s) being dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. In turn, I recommend Amazon.com highly, as well as the particular stores via the system that I have used (as with anything, be sure to read the attendant policies etc. of each particular store you are dealing with, and if in doubt, ask, as you would when dealing with a bricks-and-mortar place, or should; in terms of Amazon itself, which may be thought of in turn as the "flagship" storefront of course, I have never had any problems whatsoever and have been and remain satisfied with all of my dealings with them, in terms of delivery, order accuracy and customer service as noted).
