Amazon Has Lost A Customer Because of Horrible Packaging & Poor Customer Service

I have ordered from Amazon since they first came onto the scene and was very happy with them.  No more orders though!  The last 5 books I ordered (all new) arrived damaged because there was absolutely no packing of any sort.  Just a book rolling around in a box way too big for it.  One even had pen marks on the inside so I am quite sure I wasn't the first person to return it.

I ordered coffee and they sent the wrong type.  That one was fun to fix because the CS rep barely spoke English and, if I had to repeat myself one more tyme I would have gone ballistic!  The CS calls for the last 9 months have never been answered by an American so we cabn tell who were the employees laid off - thanks Amazon.

The final straw was a box of 4 liquid laundry detergents I have bought for a couple of years.  The had no packaging of any sort and one was smashed and leaking so UPS removed it, cleaned the others and the box and delivered the remainder after notifying Amazon.  After a week, I had not gotten a refund for the broken one so I called CS again.  After finally getting it across that I had not gotten the broken one and did not have it in my possession they finally deigned to do a refund for it.

Hear this Amazon - NO MORE ORDERS!  You have just lost a loyal customer who sang your praises to all around me.  If you can't take the time to package product properly, I am not ordering ever again.
