I have ordered electronics, DVDs, Wii games and a host of many other items from Amazon.com and never had any problems. Shipping has always been fast and on many occasions arrived earlier then they have quoted me. I always choose free super saver shipping (if memory serves, thats the name) and can't see a reason to pay for shipping when the free shipping is fast. They have a really good selection and are almost always cheaper then the competition (especially if you tack on sales tax from local or in-state stores). The only thing I do not like about amazon is when the group other outside sellers within in their website. If I go to amazon I want to see ONLY what they sell not other companies that sell their wares through amazon. Many time these "outside" companies do not offer free shipping and can actaully get expensive. I can't think of too much more to say about them, but what I already said... never had a single problem with over 10 separate transactions and usually low prices (but always shop around ;) . I can not really comment on customer service as I have never had to use it.
