   I've been shopping at Amazon for quite some time now, I've also purchased a number of items from Amazon.com and have never had any problems with this online store.   In addition to making purchases, I've also cancelled  a few orders and have had no problem what so ever doing so.   I've  seen a few negative reviews here concerning Amazon and I think there must be user error, or misunderstanding. Regarding the complaints about customer service. There are numerous vendors selling products on the Amazon web site, each vendor receives reviews for their services on the Amazon web site itself. So the individual vendor is seemingly be responsible for it's own customer service, not Amazon.com itself.  I saw one complaint about Amazon having their credit card on file, and yes that information is kept on the buyers account. I believe it makes for a faster, more easy purchase...  In regards to Amazon Prime memebership, I saw one major complaint about this program which provides free shipping for products. The Prime membership trial is given for free, at which point the membership must be cancelled after the trial membership or else be paid for for one year.   I had the Amazon Prime membership and cancelled it before having to pay for it for an entire year. The complaint i read stated that  they sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to Amazon to cancell their Prime membership. They must not have contacted Amazon before their trial period was over, or else they didn't follow the simple instructions and taken the proper steps of cancelling their Prime membership by going to their account and doing so there...  It seems they were complaing about their own ineptitude because their complaints were not valid...  I believe this is the case in a number of Amazon complaints.I have been using Amazon for eight months and have had no complaints what so ever. As a matter of fact I'm very satisfied with their sevice and what they have to offer...
