We ordered two Reliable Steam Mops with Extra Replacement pads from this company. The on line store's first page advertised free shipping. Clue 1 - when it came to ordering, the free shipping wasn't supplied. I went back to double check the promotion code, but it didn't work. The error message was "Code Expired". This didn't make me best pleased, since the comparison shopping sites ALL showed this company offered free shipping on the Steam Mop.
However, I went ahead and ordered with a comment on the shipping. I sent an email to the company stating that I expected the shipping charge to be reversed. When I received an email from the company thanking me for my order, I again replied with my comment about the free shipping being misleading and dishonorable. No replies were ever forthcoming.
The two mops did arrive. We were told the extra pads were on backorder. We waited. Then our credit card was charged - for the entire order.
Like others, we have found it impossible to get in touch with the company by either email or phone. I agree with others, this company sucks big time!!! And do notice - the last good comment about this company was in 2006. That says something, too!!
