I've been doing business with Adorama both on line and via telephone for many years.  If I have a question or need advice about an item I call and get great service. Over the years they have gotten better and better.  
Not like the old days which is how some other stores are still operating.  There are still stores that advertise very low prices on high dollar items and then suck you in with high priced add ons. The salemen are like used car salesmen, very high pressure and rude to deal with.  They are often misleading and flat out lie.  If you don't buy the other items then they don't deliever on the items you would like to purchase.  Bottom line if it is to good to be true then it is a crooked dealer, you can bet you hard earned money on it. Save yourself a lot of grief and stick with a reputable company like Adorama has become.
 Adorama has made great strides in becoming one of the top internet camera and related products stores on the net today.  They have good service, good sales, and a great system that makes dealing with them very pleasant.  The on line ads that I receive from them are always relavent to my needs and are well done and easy to navagate through.  I purchase a lot of photographic related items and 90% of them I purchase from Adorama.  Good job and thanks to all that make this a great store.
