I have only had the keyboard a few days, but it seems to work very well. Ordering it was easy and it came quickly and in excellent condition. It comes with an online users guide which I haven't read yet. An instructional manual would have been welcome. It is really nice to be able to see the keyboard letters clearly!

I was supposed to receive an email with my tracking number.I made a phone call finally after 8 days. Received package 2 days after call. I had to call because the order did not go thru due to problems w/internet system on your end even though my account was charged for the purchase. The total given that I approved was wrong on the tax so you re-debited my account without my knowledge for $.01. I know this is a minimal amount however it sends the message that you care more about the $.01 than the satisfaction of your customer especially given the fact that the order was not processed correctly in the beginning. All the mistakes were problems in your system, you should have eaten the cost of the $.01. I had plans to order severall more items from you but due to the actions of your company I will find the items I was interested in from another company. I will not do any further business with your company.

I ordered the door hinges on 10/10. They weren't in stock and I received an email saying that they would be shipped as soon as possible. Later I recieved an email letting me know that they had been shipped and should arrive on 10/31. They actually arrived on 10/30.
