A fine website but I ordered the item on the 18th and did not receive it until the 26th after I paidfor2 day shipping. No email or phone call was received with the shipping info, I had to call to find out when I could expect my package. When I did receive it the box had been sliced open and barely taped back together, it looked like it had been beaten with a bat after a few dogs tried to tear through it. Take my advice and go somewhere else, especially if you wanting a delivery within a reasonable time.

I bought the 3 day ground service delivery and the package arrived 5 days after the order was shipped but that could possibly be attributed to the Christmas season for UPS.
The handle of the product arrived damaged. I called Customer Service as soon as I received the product and was treated with respect and kindness with a promise to send a replacement.

I am a home health care provider and was ordering a shower chair for a patient in need who has major financial limitations. Buying over the internet offerred a great price, even with shipping. After a week, there had been no communication and no delivery. The next day I received an email that the item was going to be shipped. My original order was placed on the 15th and the email indicates the item should be delivered on the 28th.

I am very unhappy due to not receiving what I paid for. I paid approximately $35.00 for a under the counter open up jar opener, product #A17053 and received a $4.49 rubber pad to open up jars, product number A15083. I have sent an email and left two voicemails into customer service and have not received any information on when I can expect to receive what I paid for. Can you please let me know why? My number is 678-478-5382 cell 770-463-9631 home. This was a Christmas present for my Mother, and I am very dissapointed at this time,if I could get this resolved, I may continue to shop here, if not, everyone I know will know this is not the place to buy anything for an elderly parent.

When I called ActiveForever about my order, the rep told me the two items were backordered. The catalog merchants with whom I usually deal send an e-mail when there is a backorder. The ActiveForever rep also told me that my items would be delivered on the 18th, which was what DHL listed on their tracking. But the items didn't arrive until today, two days later.

I ordered the products on 12/9 in plenty of time for Christmas. I received a confirmation of order email immediately then nothing until today's survey request. I then contacted CS to inquire on the delivery. I was told they were on backorder and that you had sent me an email to let me know. That was never received (funny how I recieved the other 2 emails but not that one). I then asked if they would be in before Christmas and was told yes but that I would not receive them on time unless I expidited the order. I inquired to the price and was told. I then requested that since I had not been notified of the problem that it would be good for you to expidite for me. The CS Rep told me she would have to get management permission. Then asked if that was what I wanted her to do. I have been a CS Manager in healthcare for > 15 years and cringe at how your Rep handled the call. She was not rude but did not attempt in any way to solve my problem for me. She was very flat and unresponsive. I will not be shopping at your site again nor will I be recommending it. I find it difficult to understand how I can order 5 different items and everyone of them was backordered. At this point I have nothing to give my mother for Christmas but a traditional sweather. I am very disappointed.

The bicycle card trays arrived on time. The only problem I have with them is that, like the other trays we have for our Canasta club, the card trays are slightly too small for the jumbo face Bicycle cards we use. They fit but not when we turn a card to freeze the pile. We'll have to file them down. From your description, I was hoping that these would fit better. Your service was great, your prices were very good.
The small print on this survey is illegible & sometimes doesn't look like English so I wasn't able to read the responses for how quickly my order was received. However,
I was directed to answer it anyway so I checked N/A.
