I would like to experess my sincere appreciation of the staff at ActiveForever for how well they handled my order this past week. I don't know who those who posted unfavorable reviews have dealt with, but it couldn't be the same people that I had the pleasure of working with this past week.
I ordered a ShouldersBack posture support and didn't bother to measure before purchasing (which was my fault). When I called to exchange the product for the next size up, I expected to have to pay a service fee on top of shipping. NOT ONLY did they waive the service fee for me, they also reduced the amount of shipping I had to pay and shipped the correct item out to me in a few days. My receiving the incorrect product was not their fault, but they went the extra step to help me out. To me, that is a company that values my business.
On a related note, the ShouldersBack is already helping improve my posture and has reduced some shoulder pain I was experiencing. I look forward to my next purchase from ActiveForever and encourage you all to try them out again. Their prices and customer service will absolutely keep me coming back for a long time.
