You are base here in California and it took a whole week to receive my order. I order other cell accessories from Brooklyn ,NY and paid standard shipping and received my order within 3days. I will now shop with your company & the tracking is very difficult. I kept on writing your company to foward a correct postal tracking number and was never done. If you address these issues I'm sure you'll have a better business.

I'm only somewhat satisfied with the product. The leather is a very nice, soft quality. However, the case does not cover my I-Pod screen and this leaves it vulnerable to scratching and damage. There is also no cover for the click wheel (I have mixed feelings about that). Additionally, there is a significant area (half to 3/4") of space that is not covered on all four corners of the I-Pod - the most vulnerable part of the body itself - and thus a poor design! The belt clip is very flimsy and the cover does not open over an L-shaped headphone plug. The overall design of this product is not very well thought out and the picture images on the website do not expand so a customer can see some of these details ahead of time. I'm keeping the product only because it was inexpensive and the leather feels nice. There are lots of lousy ratings for various cases. I don't understand why it's so difficult to design an intelligent, high quality protective case for an I-Pod.

I was hoping to receive these items while I was on vacation. I ordered them before I left and had them sent to the place I was staying. It turns out the order wasn't even processed until 6 days later... and then it was too late to have them sent to my home. So I haven't received them
