I ordered a very pricy coffee grinder a Solis Maestro, on it's merits of being quiet. Although quiet it doesn't work with oily beans which Aabree and Baratza the warranty servicer are well aware of as other customers have had problems. Unfortunately after trying a new grinder head that the service company sent me it was 45 days past the purchase date and Aabree wouldn't take the grinder back. Their comment was send it to the warranty servicer. ( to fix something that can't be fixed.)
