The trucking company lost one of four items: an Amana air conditioner. I wasn’t getting a warm feeling talking to the trucking company so I sent an e-mail to AM Royal. A representative (Avi Ulano) called me back the same day. The next day, I got a call from Royal/ Avi saying they were shipping a new air conditioner. They were thorough, fast, and courteous.
