I purchased a full kitchen from AM Royal. I was building a new kitchen and needed a refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. They had a great selection, with many different brands and styles. With such a vast selection, I wasn’t sure what to get, so I made a call to their sales department. Their representative was fully informed and suggested that I go with Bosch for its great quality and great style. The prices were very reasonable, they were not the cheapest out there, but I wanted to deal with a good company and after speaking with their sales department, I was convinced that they were the company to go with. They told me that they work with a delivery company that would bring the items into my home for me. All the other companies I spoke with would not really talk about the type of delivery, so I was very concerned. I finally decided to make the purchase. I did it online and promptly received a conformation. 3 days later, I got another email with the tracking information and a phone number for the trucking company. They called me 4 days later to schedule the delivery. They gave me a 4 hour window and showed up right in the middle of it. There were 2 drivers on the truck and they had the right equipment to make the delivery easy. They brought it right in with only a little help from me. It was great, and I was glad that I made my purchase from a good company.
