If you buy something at their one day sales, the prices are good. But their cusomer service is awful. They do not allow exchanges. What sort of store does that? If you buy something and it doesn't fit, you have to return it and re-purchase a different   Read full review...

The website is very user friendly and there is a great selection of products, especially the shoes.

They have excellant products and excellant sale prices. What I don't like about them is the sale prices only last for a short time. And they don't do exchanges. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, you can return it. But you may not get the same product for the same price. The price usally have gone back to the regular price. You have to pay to return the the item plus they take postage fee out of your refund. Which is why I won't be ordering from them again unless I know for sure the shoes I want fit me right.

Shopping at 6pm.com is great for the deals. Though last night when I went back to shop for shoes, it showed on the first search that the size I needed was there - but when I clicked it to order - almost all of them said temporarily out of stock =-(

The shopping is very good at 6pm.com. The only complaint I have at this time is that when you are shopping for shoes and they are in your shopping basket if someone else wants those shoes they remove them from your basket before you are finished. Example: I had 2 pair of brown shoes already in my basket and was still shopping for more. When I returned to my basket a message came up that they were adjusting my quanity of shoes and there were "0" available. I feel they should not remove shoes in someone's shopping basket until they have completed their shopping.

I was more than pleased with the purchase I made. I did find that the pictures online did not show the detail of the style of the shoe. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. I will revisit the site to see how I could have seen the level of detail I needed. Could be my oversight.

Although not all sizes are available in all shoes styles your simply can't beat the selection and prices! I also had a problem with a purchase and it was remedied without issue. I have shared this site with many of my friends and we are all hooked!
