Excludes replacement batteries. Additional preventive maintenance and on site warranty charges apply for auxiliary battery cabinets. PREREQUISITE: Purchase of Tripp Lite start up service at time of UPS suite activation or preventive maintenance service prior to activation of warranty renewal.
