Infinity Corrected Optical System Phase Contrast TC Planachromatic Phase Objectives 30W Koehler illumination Siedentopf Binocular or Trinocular Viewing Head Meiji's TC5300 inverted phase contrast microscopes are a continuation of the TC5000 series for pahse contrast applications. They include infinity corrected optics and planachromat LWD Phase 10X and LWD Phase 20X objectives set in a quintuple nosepiece. The condenser is a superior 73mm, N.A 0.30 extra long working distance (ELWD) with Koehler 6V 30W halogen lighting.with phase slider and centering telescope (OD: 30mm). The microscope also includes super widefield high-eyepoint 10x eyepieces (F.N. 22) and the following filters: green interference filter and cobalt clear filter, both in 51mm mounts. The Siedentopf type head is inclined at 30° for more comfortable viewing. There is a graduated diopter on the left eyetube which combines with interpupillary adjustment of 53-75 mm for convenient focusing. The microscope has an inverted image. Less

Plan Phase Ph10X and Ph40X). They are available with either 30W halogen or LED lighting and include KHW 10x compensating eyepieces. The eyepieces have a 21mm reticle mount. There is a graduated diopter on the left eyetube which combines with interpupillary adjustment of 53-75 mm for convenient focusing. The condenser is a Zernike type Phase N.A. 1.25 with centerable phase annuli for 10x, 20x, 40x and 100x with brightfield position, darkfield stop for the 40x objective and a centering telescope.
